Our Process

  1. Our consultants begin each search by spending time with you to understand your company. By working together as a team, we make an analysis of your needs in order to ascertain the job description, determine the work disciplines, understand organizational relationships and define required experience and professional and personal characteristics.
  2. The Prime Management Group team with its relevant industry and functional expertise begins to pinpoint sources and prospects. Potential candidates are sourced for consideration through computerized file searches, advertising, referrals, and through direct recruitment
  3. Consultants make selective calls to sources and prospects to identify and interest qualified candidates. During this process, the consultant is in frequent contact with you, reporting progress.
  4. Likely prospects are interviewed in depth by the consultant, who evaluates each on the basis of experience, personal characteristics, management style a potential fit with your organization.
  5. After all potential candidates are screened against your requirement; 3-5 resumes are presented for your review.
  6. With discretion, the consultants schedule mutually convenient meetings between and the candidates. After each interview, the consultant contacts you to assess strengths, weaknesses, incompatibilities and recommend future action.
  7. Once you select a final candidate, we contact individuals who are capable of providing insights about the candidate’s qualifications. A report detailing the collective comments made by these references is then reviewed by you.
  8. Our consultants then begin to work with you and the successful candidate to field and negotiate offer.
  9. We then assist the successful candidate in cleanly terminating his/her current position.
  10. Once the recruitment process is completed, Prime Management Group maintains continued contact with both the clients and candidate to ensure both are content and having their needs met.
