After a major career change from the Healthcare industry, Colleen joined Prime Management Group Inc. over 14 years ago. As Director of Operations and the backbone for our Kitchener office, Colleen provides professional leadership within the office. She handles anything that comes her way with incredible composure and is known within the industry as a true professional.

Her business savvy is evident with anyone who works with her:

Her areas of focus within the recruitment industry are currently within the Alternative Energy, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Municipal and Not for Profit industries.

Outside of her work, Colleen has been volunteering with the Out of the Cold Program and her Church Hospitality Group.
