The Founder and President of Prime Management Group Inc., Kimberley has established a successful Search and Recruitment Firm servicing clients worldwide. Kimberley brings more than 25 years practical expertise in Search and Recruitment. During this time she has assisted hundreds of organizations build better teams by identifying the leaders, innovators, and intellectual capital needed to fuel an organization’s growth.

Throughout the search industry, Kimberley is known for her thoughtful insights into search and its processes, as well as her commitment to high-quality, long-term client & candidate relationships. High among the ranks of professional speakers, trainers and educators in the field of search and recruitment, Kimberley is frequently sought after to speak at industry organizations and conferences. For over twenty years, she continues to share her industry knowledge globally. Companies and associations across Canada, the United States and as far away as Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom have profited from her common sense approach to Talent Management, Recruitment and Selection, Value-Added Customer Service, Quality Improvement, Networking, and Dealing with Change.

A graduate from the University of Western Ontario, she has continued to progress her academic prowess to include the internationally recognized designation of Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). She holds membership in numerous professional societies including Ontario Hospital Association (OHA); NPA: The Worldwide Recruiting Network; the Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services (ACSESS); and the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and the Strategic Capabilities Network (SCN).
